Module #3 - Controlling Wage Costs
Once of the toughest challenges facing any operator and one which is only going to get harder with increasing minimum and living wage.
- To begin with we create a simple theoretical rota model and look at how this can be controlled.
- Then we manage an actual weekly rota and show you how big savings can be made by controlling the type of staff you have in place.
- Finally we go through exactly how you can make your staff more productive and get "three to do the work of four"
Module #4 - Driving and increasing sales
Here we go really deep into the three zones
Zone one - everything you do to drive new customers to your business. We have full modules on Public Relations, Sampling and Joint Ventures
Zone Two - everything you do to increase average spend. This is the quickest and least expensive way to increase sales. We extensively break down the key rules you must have in place to increase the spend... throughout the day.
Zone Three - everything you do to get customers to come back more often. This is where we show you how to fully utilise social media and the famous "little black book" to increase frequency of visit and drive up sales
Module #5 - The Profit and Loss
We start with the Coffee Profit Lab with the Profit Triangle and finish by building a simple reporting structure to hep you keep your business on track and under control.
